charges & time for service(s)

Pricing of services will increase depending on the time accumulated for the stylist to perform the service(s). Additional charges will be applied depending on how much grammage used to achieve the desired look.

appointments & cancellations

We strive to provide our guests with the highest quality service and therefore must protect the time of our service providers and respect other guests’ scheduled appointment times. All our services are by appointment only.

All reservations require a credit card to reserve the appointment .

24 Hours: We kindly ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon services. This includes if you are removing a service from your reservation. Anything after 24 hours , makes it difficult for the service provider to book another reservation. Cancelling within 24 hours or not showing up to your reservation will put our cancellation policy into effect.

Cancellation policy:

  • 1st time - the credit card on file will be charged $35.

  • 2nd time - the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the appointment.

  • 3rd time - the credit card on file will be charged 100% of the appointment .

arrival

Your time and ours are super precious to us and are our top priority. Being on time is greatly appreciated to ensure consistency, and to provide a great quality of service. It’s also respectful to other guests who have a reservation after you. Please note late arrivals may be subject to a shortening of service offerings or a rescheduling of your appointment.

appointment confirmations

The salon will confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance via text message, phone call or email. Confirmations are out of courtesy as a friendly reminder. There may be times when the salon is not able to reach the client. It is the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment date and time.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of any service(s) please notify us within 1 week of your initial appointment and we will consult with you to determine how we may adjust your service accordingly. No refunds or credit for services will be given, our artists’ top priority is happy guests and to ensure your satisfaction with your service results.
